CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer satisfaction is highly important to us. We strive at giving exceptional services by fulfilling all the orders placed.

However, unfortunatelythere may be certain orders that we are unable to process and we have to cancel. The reasons being limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

If you want to cancel your order, please do within 24 hours of placing the order. No Cancellation after the product is shipped.

If you cancel your order before the product is shipped, we will refund the entire amount as per our Refund and Exchange policy. If the order is cancelled due to some reasons from our side and your credit/debit card has been charged for that order, the amount will be reversed back in your account.

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
