RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return your product and ask for refund only if the item is defective or damaged provided with the unboxing video of the parcel from beginning till end with no cuts and editing, supported images along with your order id.

The video should include the opening of the order parcel to the defect being showcased clearly. It will take 7-10 working days to refund the amount after receiving the product. 

All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks. In case of quality not meeting your expectation, no money refund will be given. 

Also, size and colour displayed can differ due to the lighting effect and your monitor screen. Kindly note that the refund will not be eligible for minor size or colour difference.

  1. You need to share the product details via email within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request.

Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the original box/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 4 days from the day we approve your return request. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products are shipped.

 

  1. The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy. Once a product is accepted and approved for return, we will ship the product again. 

Once you have booked the return request, we request you to be available for the reverse pick-up and we request you to answer calls from the delivery partner. In the absence of your availability or inability to answer the calls, the delivery partner may, at their discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up. In all such cases, you will have to send the package at your own cost. Please ensure to use the reliable courier service for the same.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
